5. what happens if I was not present at my address at the time of delivery?
If you were not present at your address at the time of the delivery the Postman will leave instructions note in your letterbox in which you will find information regarding the collection of the delivery, And also the Postal company will attempt another delivery the very next working day.

The product comes in your own Mylapislazuli box with a form inside it to avoid any damage to your item and the box will be wrapped in a bubble wrap.

Your orders are mostly shipped through Royalmail recorded delivery and for orders outside the UK mainland, we use FedEx, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail International.
