1. When should I expect to receive my item when I order it?
Depending on the type of method selected of at checkout, Our free delivery option is 3-5 working from the date of order and if you select the express delivery your item will be delivered to you next day if you order before 4 pm.
2. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship worldwide from our warehouse in the United Kingdom and the usual delivery time is 3-7 Working days.
3. Can I return my item if I wished to?
Yes, you can return your item within the 30 days from the date of purchase.
4. What is the return procedure?
Please pack the item in the bubble wrap provided in its original condition and send it to the below address with a tracked delivery, As soon as we receive your item back we will initiate your refund along with the postage fee, which you will receive within the 7 days of the return

5. what happens if I was not present at my address at the time of delivery?
If you were not present at your address at the time of the delivery the Postman will leave instructions note in your letterbox in which you will find information regarding the collection of the delivery, And also the Postal company will attempt another delivery the very next working day.
6. How is the product packed?
The product comes in your own Mylapislazuli box with a form inside it to avoid any damage to your item and the box will be wrapped in a bubble wrap.
7. Can I choose my own desired chain necklace with the pendants?
Yes, you can select your own favorite chain at the checkout page.
8. What metal is used in the jewelry?
95% of the metal used in our Jewellery products is 925 sterling silver.
9. How long is the return window?
The return window is 30 days from the date of purchase.
10. How can I change my delivery address?
You can always change your delivery address at the checkout page or by visiting your orders menu and change the delivery address at the address section.
11. How do I activate my account?
The instructions to activate your account will be sent to your email once you have submitted the registration form. If you did not receive this email, your email service provider’s mailing software may be blocking it. You can try checking your junk/spam folder or contact us at info@mylapislazuli.com.
12. How do you ship my orders? (Courier)
Your orders are mostly shipped through Royalmail recorded delivery and for orders outside the UK mainland, we use FedEx, DPD, DHL, Royal Mail International.
13. What Payment methods are available?
The available payment methods are Visa, Debit cards, Paypal, American Express, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Discover, JCB, Mastercards, Bank Transfer, Klarna payments.
14. Can I pay using Paypal without a Paypal account?
